Terms and Conditions — 69x Platform Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing 69x — whether through the website at 69x.pro, the Android or iOS app, or any other channel through which we make the platform available — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you complete registration and continues for as long as you hold an active account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account and should not use the platform. These terms apply to all sections of 69x including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, and Bingo, as well as to all deposit and withdrawal transactions conducted through the platform in PKR.

69x may update these Terms and Conditions at any point. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details on your account. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You must meet the following requirements to register and maintain an account on 69x:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 69x is strictly for adults. Underage use is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Using false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these terms.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on 69x. If you already have an active account, you may not create another. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using 69x on behalf of another person, or operating an account for commercial gain, is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

All transactions on 69x are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no foreign currency conversion at any point in the process. Your account balance reflects PKR amounts directly.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes, depending on the payment method. 69x is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• 69x does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• Dormant accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

69x offers bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit requirements, and eligible games. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or systematic abuse will result in the bonus being voided and winnings forfeited. The account may also be permanently closed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and device. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts is considered abuse.
• 69x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account.
• Free spins, free bets, and other promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn directly.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 69x covers Cricket (including PSL and international T20), Football, Esports, and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets must be placed before the applicable market closes. Late bets are not accepted. For in-play markets, bets are accepted only while the market is shown as open.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after placement unless the platform offers an explicit cash-out option on that bet.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type. Generally, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a significant portion of the event has been completed.
• In-play betting odds update in real time. By placing an in-play bet you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed — not the odds you may have seen a moment earlier.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing that is clearly the result of a technical fault — may be voided by 69x. We will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed in the betting interface.

6 Casino, Slots, and Other Game Rules

All casino and slot games on 69x — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, and Bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealing to determine outcomes. Results are fair, independent, and not influenced by previous results or by any action of 69x staff.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed. Technical malfunctions during a game round that prevent a fair outcome may result in that round being voided and the stake returned.
• If a disconnection occurs mid-game due to your internet connection, the round will complete automatically based on its programmed logic. The result stands.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. Attempting to place bets outside these limits will be blocked automatically.
• Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. Dealer decisions follow established casino rules for each game variant. Disputes regarding dealer decisions are reviewed against recorded footage.
• Some game features — including bonus buys on certain slots — may be restricted or unavailable depending on your account status or active promotions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 69x. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• Creating more than one account per person, including using different names, email addresses, or payment details.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any other illegal purpose.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including exploiting wagering requirements, using software to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion, match-fixing involvement, or exploitation of known technical errors.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of someone else or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

69x takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for adults who choose to participate in online gaming for entertainment purposes within their own means. We provide tools and information to help players manage their activity.

• Players can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods through the account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

10 Limitation of Liability

69x provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game or service.

• 69x is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures, device failures, or third-party service outages that affect your ability to access the platform.
• We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on odds or market information that contained errors later identified as technical faults, subject to our correction and notification process described above.
• Our liability to any player in connection with any single event or transaction is limited to the value of the stake placed in that event or transaction.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 69x account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account — subject to verification and wagering requirement checks — will be returned to your registered payment method.

69x may close or suspend an account at our discretion if:

• We have reason to believe the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, balances may be held pending investigation before any return is made.

12 Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have a question, complaint, or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, contact the 69x support team through the platform. We aim to resolve queries promptly and fairly.
